Understanding Time at Its Smallest Scale
The smallest measurable unit of time is known as Planck, approximately times 10 to the minus 44 . It represents the smallest forward movement of particles in nature. Time is the foundation of our existence. Most of us live around 100 years, and time can be understood as the duration of a process or a condition.
The Three Stages of Life
For our purposes, we can think of time in three general stages of life. In childhood, time feels long. Growing up and learning how to function as an adult takes many years. In adulthood, time is measured by daily routines, work, responsibilities, and the rhythm of everyday life. This is where most of our time is spent. As we age, time begins to feel shorter because there is less of it. It becomes more precious. We watch our grandchildren grow as our own children become adults and repeat the same cycles we once lived through. Naturally, we want to help guide them.
Memory, Awareness, and the Meaning of Time
We recently celebrated the 45th birthday of one of our children. I clearly remember experiences from when he was 15 and in high school. This raises an important question: what does time really mean? It takes a long time to become fully conscious or aware of what is happening in life. And just when you think you understand things, something unexpected occurs. In my case, it was a stroke. I have since mostly recovered, but it changed my perception of time. Time now feels short, while my children feel they have unlimited energy and freedom, without much concern for limitations.
Shortening the Path to Consciousness
To address this, we developed the Star of Light to help shorten the path to consciousness by eliminating distractions and meaningless pursuits. It contains 64 Love and Peace Themes, which we call Scriptures. These are fundamental principles to master in life so that time can be used more effectively. We then expand many of these themes into business applications through the Diamonds of Consciousness. We also provide free books on important subjects, such as rituals.
Using Time Wisely
Time itself is constant, but how you use it is not. If you live 100 years, you can spend much of that time without reward, or you can increase your level of consciousness. Our goal is to provide tools that help you use your time wisely and avoid being misled by unnecessary religious or business doctrines. In doing so, life can feel longer and more meaningful because less time is wasted.
Conscious Tools for a Meaningful Life
Instead of spending years trying to succeed in business through trial and error, you can begin immediately with concepts such as the Art of Creation, Relationships, Meditation, and Healing. These tools can support you from day one and save valuable time. This is the purpose of One Love: to help people help others with love and to find peace of mind. With the right instructions and practical applications, this is achievable.
Expanding Life Through Consciousness
Take a moment to consider the idea that consciousness can expand the amount of life you truly experience. Each of the three stages of life offers opportunities for different kinds of growth. Learn during phases one and two, and reflect during phase three. We believe this is what a true religion should provide. There is nothing to join, you are already a member by biological design. Simply enjoy life and become conscious.
