A lot of people ask me, what is the SOL. This is a journey where you go inside to explore your energy. Everyone has a SOL, which stands for a Star of Light, it is located near your belly button. It is vibrational energy that keeps you alive. It is from the God of Energy. Not the God(s) in the Bible. This energy fuels your hara which is a subtle energy line running up and down your spine. Your chakras are attached to it and it pulls in the energy needed in your body from around you that we call God’s Universal Energy Field.
The SOL as Your Connection to God
The SOL is like your umbilical cord to God. If you look at Barbara Ann Brennan’s pictures of it in her Hands of Light and Light Emerging books which are sold on our website, you will see that it looks like a pulsating star. That is where we got the name for the website, The Star of Light. People who are healers that work with the SOL have to deal with a very high frequency. We often block the flow of this energy by negative events and beliefs held in our body.
Clearing the Clouds Around Your Light
This becomes like a cloud, covering your light. When you open up and relieve your past life experiences with a healer, the cloud gets removed. This should be no surprise to people as everyone is energy and we get energy from God.
Understanding Energy Through Categories
To really understand energy, it became necessary to break it down into categories that we all understand at least initially. We broke energy into seven categories which are Your SOL Connection, Consciousness, Spirit, Soul and your Mental, Emotional, and Physical Dimensions. We did this because when people talk about God and they are religious, they are often talking about people, the Anunnaki, that started our race that came from another planet, planet Nibiru. Religious people have been fed a false tale of who we are — we are just energy, and to know ourselves we need to study energy.
Why Energy Matters in Your Life
The reason to do all of this is to give you the things that you need to know to improve the flow of energy in your body, which is often a major theme in your life. This improvement of the use of this energy is what we call spirituality. It is the use of energy for health, happiness, and wellbeing which covers most of what we want in life.
The Star of Light Mandala
Now we have objective criteria for each of these categories so that you don’t have to spend your whole life or part of it in search of truth and who you are. This energy forms an aura around yourself and we symbolize this by the Star of Light Mandala. We have God’s Universal Energy Field in the form of a pair of wings and feathers of a bird. In the center is a five-pointed star mandala that contains an individual’s use of these components.
The Meaning Behind the Symbols
So we have God surrounding a person. So far this is pretty straightforward — God is everything. The items in the mandala are our SOL Connection, which is the whole mandala, with consciousness as a star tetrahedron in its center. At the top, we have Om, standing for one’s spirit, on the upper left we created the image of a soul, called StarLight, on the upper right we have an ankh, from ancient Egypt. On the lower left we have a Unity Knot standing for Love and on the lower right we have the Peace Symbol. We will explore each of these categories in separate blogs, but we want to get you oriented to what we are doing.
The Ultimate Goal: Love and Peace
The ultimate goal which is to use God’s Energy in the best way you can is spirituality. If you use it correctly, you will obtain the energy vibration of Love and Peace.
