A lot of my friends’ eyes open wide when I said that they were or were not wearing spiritual clothing. Some said you don’t know what you are saying, but I gave them a bunch of examples of people who wear spiritual clothing. This was clothing that allows your energy to flow. It expresses what you believed in. It including rings, hand bracelets and jewelry worn around their necks. Probably the best example is what Jesus wore, flowing white robes and often saddles on his feel.
Spiritual Clothing Lets Your Energy Flow
Many just never thought of it. Often you seen some person wearing flowing clothes made out of cotton or some other natural materials. It doesn’t smell and generally the colors are beautiful. Often you see it in shoals that have designs or other patterns that just make you feel good. Over the years, I just have worn jeans and running style shoes to work. I feel comfortable and there really isn’t any message that can be associate it with. In the past, I wore polyethylene or tailored suits with pressed shorts to try and fit in with the clients that I was working with. But it wasn’t me. I didn’t like it and it didn’t made me feel good. When I would sweat, it felt uncomfortable.
Chakra Colors and What They Say
I see clients now that come in with cotton shirts that have a picture or symbol such as a peace sign on it. The high heels and awkward dresses are gone. People like color and sometimes the old tie die t-shirts from the past (often the 1960s). Now many people use colors that are often associated with their chakra energy. I like green for the heart chakra and violet and yellow for the top of the head. If they are wearing red or orange, I become somewhat defensive as they are often too aggressive.
Natural Fabrics and Earthy Tones
If you do an AI search on spiritual clothes you find that it includes clothes that are breathable and promote grounding and comfort. I buy my shirts from a store that have been designed to be worn outside of the pants, dangling down. They look good. They are often in earthy tones to help create mood or align your energy fields naturally or with Mother Earth. It just communicates my personal philosophy. Depending on the pictures on t-shirts, it could related to religious beliefs. Often I see people wearing different rock and roll band names and places that they have gone. I am starting to see a lot of tattoos on peoples bodies, especially when I am at the beach. It is your personal choice, but when they are in color and have pictures of a dear one, Jesus or some other positive image, it says a lot about who they are.
Your Outfit Is Your Identity
Your outfits are a reminder of who you are and what ethical values you hold. If you go to a party, you can pretty much identify who you want to meet and talk to based on their dress. It often is their identity for the night. I bring up this topic up because growing up, there was not too much emphasis was placed on you or what you wore. Just jeans for play and occasionally some other outfit when it was a special occasion, but times have changed and people want to express themselves more.
What You Wear Is Who You Are
I see a lot of nose rings, earrings, rings on women toes and other paraphernalia that just didn’t exist a while back. I see doctors wearing blocks in their ears and people who want to show off their body. I think what you wear should be feel comfortable and be attractive at the same time. You can get clothes to you can do meditations, work and yoga in at the same time. Give it a little thought to buying spiritual clothing the next time that you buy clothes. It is like food, where what you eat is what you become. The same with clothing. What you wear is who you are!
