We are beginning a new sequence of blogs focused on One Love, with the intention of presenting it as the reason for our existence. As these parts accumulate, they will eventually be compiled into a book—a living manual that explores its themes. We call this series Consciousness 101. It is an awakening to the use of energy for your spirit, soul, and body.
At this point, we have written over 100 blogs on this subject. Yet from the comments we receive, it seems that many people have not read them or do not realize that this philosophy represents one of the most fundamental beliefs of humanity. At its core, it is about your body and your relationship with energy.
Your Body and the Energy You Were Born With
From the moment you are born, you are interacting with energy—through breathing, movement, sensation, and your body’s ability to adapt to the physical world. As you grow older, maximizing your spiritual capacity becomes the goal, especially if you define spirituality as the use of energy for health, happiness, and well‑being. Everyone wants to be happy. For those who follow Moses, Jesus, or Mohammed, you can continue your religious practices. Most religions focus on belief in a deity, but they rarely address how to work directly with your own energy.
In the Star of Light, we understand God as energy, and we believe we are all connected to that energy through our core star or inner light, located near the belly button. This is our point of connection to the universe itself.
What Is Consciousness 101?
We call this series Consciousness 101 because it helps you become aware of what is happening inside you and all around you. Everything is energy. These blogs are designed to awaken you from unconscious beliefs and encourage you to think about what you choose to believe. Look at society—we rely on public utilities, electricity, and the transmission of energy into our homes and businesses. So why wouldn’t the same principle apply to the human body?
So what is consciousness? We see it as God’s mind in motion. It is also the ongoing process of improving ourselves by becoming aware of how energy affects us and the world. Consciousness is lifelong and ever‑changing. In One Love, it means honoring yourself and recognizing that you are a unique and vital part of the universe. You must learn how to use energy to think clearly and improve your condition. You are here to create the life you want—no one else can do it for you. God’s mind produced your mind and heart, and together with your body, that is all you need to practice One Love.
Breaking Free from Conditioned Beliefs
Of course, you must want to do this. Many people are conditioned to react rather than consciously direct their lives. Traditional religions were often designed to control behavior. If we go back even further—to the Anunnaki, whom some consider our ancestors, the purpose was survival and labor. In our view, many belief systems rely on stories to maintain structure and community.
One Love Is for You
One Love is different. It is for you. We want you to be healthy and happy. In fact, happiness is one of the rules of the One Love philosophy. You are encouraged to think for yourself, set your own goals, and move your life forward with intention. Your goals give your life direction.
Introducing V-MAP: A Tool for Conscious Living
We introduced V‑MAP as a tool to help with this process. It begins with creating a clear vision, followed by a blueprint—your mission statement. This framework guides your actions and shapes the results you produce.
Stay tuned as we continue to explore consciousness and its practical application in future blogs.
