A lot of people are starting to follow One Love, and the comments are great. I want to be clear: this is a philosophy that complements your life by focusing on you. Unlike traditional religion, there is no person to worship and no made-up stories. If you want to believe in Moses, Jesus, or Muhammad, that’s your choice. But here, we are talking about your body—something separate from mind control.
The Logic of the Natural
We focus on the basics: eating well, breathing clean air, and even swimming in clean water. These are things everyone should do, but we want to make you conscious of them. It’s natural and healthy. It demystifies the big questions—like where we came from and the meaning of life—by looking at our biological reality.
Being Your Own Therapist
When I talk to friends and clients, it often feels like therapy. I suggest simple things: filtering your water to avoid chemicals or standing barefoot on the grass at sunrise. These experiences don’t interfere with your beliefs; they just help you believe in yourself. Consider your body sacred—because it is. Don’t just follow what society preaches. Often, those “values” are just tools for control or resource-gathering for the rich.
Choosing Love Over Force
There are better things to do than follow the status quo. You can experience true freedom by getting your energy together and vibrating at the frequency of Love and Peace. Love is doing something for others with no expectation, just pure joy.
Peace hasn’t happened yet because the world operates at a low level of consciousness driven by instinct. Look at how nations act—using coercion, force, and threats. If you point a gun at someone, it changes how they think, but not for the better.
Have you tried kindness instead? It goes a long way. We hope you will support peace, but remember: you can only get there if you start with love.
