What are Sutras?
Sutras are sacred texts in Hinduism and Buddhism. Unlike the stories of Jesus or Muhammad, Sutras are concise statements of spiritual wisdom meant to guide you toward liberation. In Buddhism, they are the recorded sermons of the Buddha. In Hinduism, they are found in the Vedas and Upanishads, forming the foundation of Yoga—a system that treats the body, mind, and spirit as one.
You are the Energy
In One Love, we teach that you don’t need to worship a distant god. You are a unique vibration of God’s energy. To know yourself is to become aware of your own consciousness. There are no religious interpretations or faith-based stories here. It is about your direct experience of reality.
The God of Energy
You come to know yourself through meditation and being present. Everything in your life is an expression of the God of Energy. Consciousness isn’t just a concept; it’s the foundation of your thoughts, your mind, and your spirit.
V-MAP and 11:11
We use the Diamonds of Consciousness: Love, Light, Life, and Living. This is the 11:11 process. Your intentions create your goals, and you bring them into form using V-MAP (Vision, Mission, Action, Product).
Your Life, Your Choice
This creative flow is the same energy used in capitalism to produce goods and services. The difference between One Love and doctrine-based religion is freedom. No one controls you. You can consciously create your dreams or simply let life unfold naturally. Either way, being alive is a gift. Enjoy what the God of Energy has given you—it is all there is.
