The Seven Dimensions of Life
Life is, at its core, the way you use your energy. In the SOL Philosophy, we divide it into seven dimensions: your SOL Connection, Consciousness, Spirit, Soul, and the Mental, Emotional, and Physical aspects of your being. We represent these through the SOL Mandala at the heart of the SOL Star. Everyone has a SOL Star—everyone belongs to this family. It lives near your belly button, your inner vibration, the spark God gave you. It’s your foundation, the starting point for everything else.
Consciousness and the Soul’s Mission
From there, life becomes a matter of how conscious you are of what is happening to you. It begins with what your Soul sets out to accomplish in this lifetime, shaping who you meet, what challenges arise, and the themes you revisit from childhood to your later years. The early issues—your inner child wounds—echo through everything: your thoughts, your emotions, and your reactions.
Childhood Wounds and Lifelong Impact
If you were abused, you don’t simply “get over it.” You learn to live with it. Therapy helps, support helps, but it becomes woven into the fabric of your life. In my case, my challenge was early anxiety. Growing up as a smart Jewish kid in a rough neighborhood, I was picked on constantly. I got into more fights than I can count. You either awaken or shut down—and I chose to awaken. I ordered a Charles Atlas manual, started building myself up, and learned karate. Eventually the bullying stopped, but the inner child wound stayed with me. I moved through life always alert, always watching for the next blow.
Wounds That Echo Into Adulthood
At 76, it’s almost amusing. Almost. But it certainly wasn’t easy back then.
Spiritual Growth Through Reflection
We wrote a book called Reflections that explores these kinds of issues and the impact they have on your life. You can download a free copy at thestaroflight.com. Much of my spirituality came from navigating my early wounds—learning to use energy for health, happiness, and well-being. I chose careers where I could be my own boss. I focused on healthy food, energy water, and creating an environment that supported balance.
The 11:11 Flow of Energy
The mental, emotional, and physical dimensions form what we call the 11:11 Flow of Energy—the pathway we use to create anything in life. It represents Love, Light, Life, and Living.
Love is God’s intention.
Light is God’s archetype.
Life is your spark.
Living is how you weave it all together.
V-MAP and Conscious Life Mapping
Your thoughts guide your mission, your mission leads to action, and your actions create your results.
We also call this process V-MAP—mapping your life through your level of consciousness. The more conscious you are, the more clearly you can see your path and shape your outcomes. We offer a free V-MAP book on our site as well.
Aging, Wisdom, and Energy
As you age, you learn to use your energy differently. Your childhood experiences—your wounds and your strengths—become resources that mature with you. For me, writing these blogs has become my spiritual practice, my way of healing and sharing.
An Invitation to Share
I’d love to hear your stories too—anything you’d like to share, reflect on, or publish. We welcome your contributions.
