Person standing in golden light in nature representing spiritual connection and the God perspective

The Star of Light – The God Perspective

The God Perspective within the Star of Light is simple. The reason for this simplicity is that God is energy. There are no rules or rituals to follow. What is required is presence, being fully aware that everything around you is alive with this God Perspective. When you drive past trees or walk near flowers, they are expressions of it. We are all one in this world. Everything is connected. This is not traditional religion; it is a reality.

The Illusion of Separation

We spend much of our time feeling separate from God through the ego. We build identities and characteristics that often involve comparison, judgment, or even conflict with others. In doing so, we engage in a dualistic experience, moving away from the unity God has given us. This separation is the illusion of our world.

Love Without Conditions

At a deeper level, we understand love without conditions. Think of a mother nurturing her child or a father playing with his child, love exists naturally, without needing to be earned. There is connection, bonding, and joy simply because love exists.

Religion vs. Direct Experience

Our world often feels like a collection of separate egos, and in that, we forget our connection to God. Religion, with its rules and rituals, often aims to create communities of shared belief. However, this is not the same as experiencing God directly. You do not need to believe in God to experience God, you can simply observe the world around you. In seeing others, you see expressions of God. The beauty of this perspective is that it allows for a natural connection with others through shared energy.

The SOL Connection

We are energy beings, and this connects us to God. This is what we call the SOL Connection. We are souls choosing to experience the physical world through the human body. The soul exists in a more organized realm, yet it is who we truly are. At death, the soul leaves the body, often welcomed by others, and may review its experiences before continuing its journey. This is part of a larger energetic exchange and evolution.

Energy, Spirit, and the Body

Throughout these blogs, the central message has remained the same: we are energy, and energy shapes our lives. Our spirit fuels our mental, emotional, and physical states, and in turn, these are influenced by how we live. Our thoughts, whether positive or negative, and our willingness to express or suppress emotions, all affect the body. The body is a gift, something to care for and appreciate.

The Body as a Component of God

I see the body as a component of God. Breathing, meditating, and feeling are all gifts given to us. This has nothing to do with religion. Some spiritual teachers, such as Jesus, understood and shared this idea. Over time, religious systems added structure and rules, sometimes shifting the focus away from direct experience. Concepts like heaven and hell can be understood as states of being, alignment with God creates peace, while separation can create suffering.

Living in Alignment

Ultimately, the purpose of life is to recognize your connection to God. You are an individual with innate abilities, and when you live in alignment with that connection, your experience of life transforms. In that alignment, what feels like heaven, and even miracles, can become a natural part of your life.
