A beam of light piercing through darkness, symbolizing truth and spiritual clarity

One Love – Truth

I can’t help but feel frustrated when I read what is happening in the world and listen to politicians make so many untruthful statements. It is one thing to fight for power, control, and even use fear, but constant dishonesty is deeply troubling. Lying is the act of not telling the truth when it is appropriate for people to understand what is really going on.

Religion, Truth, and the Questions We Don’t Ask

I am continually amazed that people don’t connect the dots and question whether religion is true. It does not address modern technology or the last several thousand years of human development. I believe that relying on something that is constantly promoted as helping you, without question, can be harmful. Because religion is, in my view, constructed, it seems to influence politicians to say things that are also made up, statements like “God is with you.” Of course, God is with you, as God is within you. It is your energy, not an external figure shaped by beliefs from thousands of years ago.

Numbers, Sacred Geometry, and Verifiable Truth

On one hand, Mark Twain once suggested there are thousands of inaccuracies in the Bible. On the other hand, I speak with people who believe the Bible is the ultimate truth and cannot accept any perspective that challenges their views. When I talk about One Love, it is grounded in numbers and sacred geometry. Yes, it is also about energy. These are consistent and verifiable concepts. I have never heard anyone argue that numbers themselves are false, one is one, and two is two. While they can be used to support incorrect ideas, sacred geometry remains what it is, and energy is fundamental to everything.

Why People Lie and What It Costs Us

People often lie to protect themselves or to persuade others that they are right. This behavior likely begins in childhood, when someone learns they can avoid consequences by denying wrongdoing. I remember moments from my own childhood where this worked, and it left a lasting impression. When it comes to the news, I often see two articles presenting completely different versions of the same facts. It raises the question: does anyone truly seek what is accurate?

Power, Dishonesty, and Its Consequences

For leaders like Vladimir Putin, telling the truth may conflict with maintaining power, but eventually dishonesty has consequences. As the saying goes, you can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time. Recently, I ate at my favorite restaurant, where I was told that the day before, the governor of California had sat at the same table. The staff were impressed and shared that he might run for president. I couldn’t help but wish that leaders were more truthful and more focused on doing good for the state. Sometimes it feels like honesty is not rewarded in politics.

When Did We Stop Expecting the Truth?

We tend to elect politicians because we believe they stand for something. Perhaps they do, but not always for the truth. When was the last time you heard a politician speak honestly without spin? Once elected, many act according to their own agendas, often justifying it by saying circumstances have changed. By then, it is too late, we have already handed over our power. Truth must begin with citizens, who need to speak out against dishonesty. I have clients who are starting businesses focused on verifying what is reported in the news. They have found that information is often repeated without validation. Over time, people stop questioning it and accept it as truth, even when it is not.

Returning to What Is Real

I also wonder whether leaders of religious organizations recognize what is true and what is not. If they do, why don’t they say so? Perhaps financial interests and power play a role, as both can be corrupting influences. Ultimately, I hope people choose to believe in something that is grounded in truth, such as the Star of Light and its energy-based concepts. In today’s world, it is one of the few things that feels real.
