The God of Energy
In One Love, we take the position that we are all connected to the God of Energy. This is not an illusion, it is a reality. We are all energy, and God, in essence, is energy. From a biological and energetic perspective, we are one and the same. We all have a heart. We all breathe. We are made of similar cells. Yet in everyday life, we live under the illusion that we are separate. This belief shapes how we treat one another. Acting as if we are independent beings, we often engage in behaviors that negatively affect others, betrayal, violence, abuse, and other unconscionable acts.
The Winner-Takes-All Illusion
As a society, we reward the winner. This mindset exists both individually and internationally. The idea that “the winner takes all” dominates our culture, contributing to constant conflict and war. We celebrate the best team, the best singer, the fastest athlete, placing attention on a single individual while overlooking everyone else. But what about the rest?
Lessons from Our Cells
Our view is that humanity must work together, just as the cells in our bodies do. Each cell has a role, and none is more important than the whole. The greatest lesson on Earth may be that the smallest things, our cells, teach us how to live: through cooperation, balance, and mutual support, not through money and power. (Politicians may not like that idea.)
Unity Across All Beliefs
Our souls use the body as a vehicle for learning. This understanding contrasts with certain religious interpretations that separate the soul from the person. Consider Jesus, his message was one of salvation through love. Across all cultures and belief systems, one theme remains constant: unity. We are meant to love one another. Differences in appearance, belief, or behavior do not change the truth, we are the same at our core.
The Seven Components of Unity
In One Love, we explain unity through energy and divide it into seven primary components to make it easier to understand:
SOL Connection to God – located near the navel, representing your unique energetic vibration. Consciousness – the mind of God. Spirit – your life force energy. Soul – your personality. Mental dimension – the mind. Emotional dimension – the heart. Physical dimension – the body.
No traditional religion presents spirituality in this way, and more importantly, we focus on you. Our purpose is to help you maximize your energy. This is the foundation of spirituality, which we define through three principles: Health. Happiness. Well-being. We approach spirituality from the perspective of energy, something most traditional religions do not emphasize. We do this because, in reality, we are energetic beings, and God’s energy is available to everyone. It is free and unlimited. What humanity is capable of doing with energy is extraordinary, yet we remain largely unaware of how to use it wisely.
Unconscious Acts Against Nature
This is not an illusion. Still, we fight wars and kill one another. We pollute the Earth, poison the soil, foul the air, and dump waste into the oceans. This is not spirituality. This is not cooperation. These are unconscious acts born from a lack of respect for the very systems that sustain life. When we betray one another or cause harm through abuse, it often becomes a lifelong pattern because we are taught the wrong values. We live under the illusion that we are not connected, but the reality is the opposite.
The Fallacy of Independence
This duality, often labeled independence, is not truly real. No one survives in isolation. While a few individuals may live alone in the wilderness, society itself cannot exist without cooperation. Humanity does not survive alone, we survive by coexisting. The Star of Light’s One Love philosophy exists to address these truths. So pause for a moment and reflect: When was the last time you truly thought about this?
