One Love asks you to look within. When you place your power outside yourself, you give it away. When you honor yourself, you become the creator of your own life.
You are connected to the Divine through your core Star of Light, located near the navel. Even if you don’t feel it directly, it is the constant current that allows you to think and exist.
Creating Your Reality
We often hear about “Heaven” and “Hell” as places we go after we die. In reality, we create our own heaven or hell right here on Earth.
- The “Heaven” Frequency: Connecting with nature, hugging a tree, finding stillness, and loving freely.
- The “Hell” Frequency: Closing yourself off from truth, succumbing to fear, and letting others manipulate your actions.
The Global Disconnect
Look at the world today—wars in the Middle East, Ukraine, and Russia. These conflicts are fueled by the desire for control and power, often driven by people who have disconnected from their own truth. They are living in an illusion, sacrificing lives for external gain.
You don’t need external permission to awaken. You don’t need a savior to set your boundaries. One Love is simply the acknowledgement of how you were biologically and spiritually designed to function. By accessing your own energy, you move closer to God not by worship, but by living in alignment with the truth of what you are.
