A Reset for Stress and Exhaustion
For anyone living with stress or running on exhausted cortisol, think of the Love and Peace Scriptures as a kind of circadian reset — a way to return to balance. Many of us have forgotten who we truly are, or perhaps never knew. At our core, we are energy. Most people believe in God and the Bible, yet consider this: what if God is actually pure energy, and what if the scriptures across religions were shaped by human interpretation and systems of control rooted in Anunnaki influence?
Returning to the True Source of Energy
Believing in One Love means believing in the true source — the one real God that is energy itself. When we use our energy properly, we align with nature. This shouldn’t be surprising; nature created our bodies. Even if we are descendants or creations of the Anunnaki, we still carry earth energy within us. We define the healthy use of this energy as spirituality — energy applied toward wellness, happiness, and well-being. In this way, we reset history, and perhaps reset your life. We were created “in their image,” as Genesis 1:27 says, and for a long time we followed the instructions of those who shaped us. Much of that was obedience, service, and the discouragement of independent thought. There is a long story to tell here about gold, control, and how value systems were built.
Understanding Your Unique Energy
But here is a deeper truth: each of us has a unique energy vibration. It shapes our hara, and our chakras connect to it. This is our biology. We represent this energy in the symbol of the Star of Light. One Love breaks energy down into meaningful categories so we can understand ourselves — our connection to God through design. Each of us carries a Star of Light near the belly button. We are all brothers and sisters, and becoming conscious of this connection is part of waking up. Each of us has spiritual energy and a soul.
Living Through Thought, Feeling, and Action
We also live through our thoughts, feelings, and actions — the mental, emotional, and physical dimensions of who we are. These are what we should understand and believe in, not the narratives the Anunnaki wanted us to accept through religion. We need to awaken. We need to “see the light,” as Jesus said: let your light shine. That happens naturally when you align with your design and embrace love and peace. He had it right — until his story was reshaped for institutional control at the Council of Nicaea long after his death. When you study the council’s purpose, you can see where many of our inherited misconceptions began.
Resetting Your Life’s Rhythm
We should believe in ourselves, not rely solely on external authority. Just as morning sunlight can reset the body’s rhythm, we can reset our perspective on life. Our soul uses our body — let that truth unfold. Honor it. Its world is richer than ours, even though both are made of energy. Our world simply expresses that energy physically.
Redefining Love and Peace
Love is the vibration of caring for yourself and helping others. Peace is a state of being. We lack peace because we define it incorrectly — as an absence of war rather than harmony with nature. Not only are we at war with one another, we are also at war with the earth. We pollute it, harm it, and ignore it. The only way forward is love and peace for the planet as well. Earth Day is one expression of this. Planting trees, honoring the natural world, and recognizing earth’s beauty all help us realign with nature.
