We all change! Growing older causes us to transition into new areas, especially as the kids have grown up and leave the house. There becomes a need to create your own life. That is because the empty home and your body undergoes a slowing process. For many, if you have retired, it is now up to. You often are forced into figuring out who you are and what you can do. You will have to fill your time and still keep communication open with your spouse. Many of the people you have meet from raising kids have moved away and they are gone. The thing to do is to make this a great opportunity and chose to become more spiritual. You can start bringing in some higher dimensional entities into your life.
Turning Inward as the House Grows Quiet
You might realize that death is getting closer and that many of the things that you did as a parent are gone forever. You might not have the energy to do what a younger life often often requires to fulfill your senses and develop your kids. By going spiritual you can look at yourself more and start going within. You can start this process by learning how to breathe correctly and sync you breathing with the. Also you can get the heart and brain coherent and get the benefits of peace and tranquility that you may have missed in the past due to parental activity.
You can now look around and sift through your accumulation of things and see what matters. You might want to communicate with your soul more and realize that you have friends in other domains that have helped you in this lifetime. I find that getting in contact with Jesus or angles that enter your life often makes things easier to bear. You don’t have to be religious to do this. It is actually fun to pray when you give thanks for what has happened to you, instead of praying for some financial goal, money on some other thing that you want.
Prayer as an Act of Gratitude
Prayer should be a form or gratitude and you can say grace to God for what has happened to you for your early life, if it was pleasant. I find I can’t let go of many things in the past, because of having an ego and finding individuality or self identification. But you can still spend time with your kids and if you are lucky, or you can still do some work, hopefully using your skills, but the intensity is reduced, especially if you want to cut back and allocate more time to you and your spouse.
Rites of Passage and God as Energy
Transitions are often called Rites of Passages, they can mark turning points in your relationship with God. But I instead of God being some abstract concept that you have paid some tribute or not at all, if you define God as energy, you will be managing you energy better in the future by doing things that your body tells you that you can do and not for children or some other excuse.
It is now or never and bringing God into you life is the way to go. I find many of my friends are dying and what passed between the two of you are now just memories. This makes life very reflective as things just have to be let go as they seldom come back again. Only love and peace makes sense.
