Peace – Accepting Life As It Is

Finding Peace Through Acceptance

This is probably one of the hardest things to do in life and that is to accept life as it is. Don’t use judgement. Only then will you find peace, which we define as nature or the way that your body and events have been designed. We live in a society where we judge other people and often want to change things. Politician’s point fingers. People speak first and figure things out later. For example, what a person does with their life or even simple things like parking in wrong stop people have opinions.

Accepting Your Body As Nature Designed It

When it come to your body, we often put Botox or something in it to change its appearance. Such as your skin or face. Everything from breast implants, to nose jobs which are not necessary to be healthy but just used for vanity purposes to enhance one’s emotionally and physically characteristics.. Nature gave you a body just the way it is, assuming there is no deformity or other life threatening event, just accepting who you are is the correct and often a very peaceful way of doing things.

Learning Through Difficult Circumstances

I have had clients with deformed kids and handicaps. It is quite admirable when the parents accepts the child and learn the lessons that the child’s condition gives them. Things like patience, understanding and love all come into play. You can’t change things, but you can influence the kid’s condition if you accept it as it. When you accept something, if you want, you can sometimes change it, such as making one feel better or improve communication, but for yourself it is how you deal with you emotions. By accepting something as it, it can reduce anxiety and often allow ideas and others to help solve the problems. Problems are best handled straight on and not postponed.

Acceptance Without Approval

This process of acceptance is acknowledging the situation while not approving it. It allows you to feel your emotions. Take a teenager, there is often a tendency to want to look like someone else such as a movie stars than yourself. You of course want to look your best and your belief that you look like a movie star or use something big business says that you need like a certain type of deodorant is nonsenses. The most important thing thing is to accept yourself and feel the best that you can do is to work on your mental and emotional issues.

Meeting Life With Grace

Destiny is taught that it rests in your hands but in real life, you have very little control over external circumstances. With that in mind, we can chose to meet the unfolding with grace. Through the use of 11:11, which stands for love, light, life and living or the energy flow in the intentional, mental, emotional and physical dimensions, we can influence events to occur. But we can’t determine the outcome. You have to be open to whatever happens. Yes, we can use V-MAP our vision, mission, action and product sequence, but a lot of things just occur in the world around us.

Being Present With Whatever Happens

We should welcome whatever happens, which is accepting life as is. What this does is it enables you to experience everything. You become open and are not closed down because you don’t like something. You can state your position but after that, you have to accept the way people act. We don’t have to be chasing desire and attachment all the time. We can just be present and enjoy what we do have.
