Defining One Love at a High Level
Many people ask me, What is One Love? Since we are giving away a trilogy of books for free at thestaroflight.com, it is a fair question. I have thought about this for a long time. At its core, One Love is a high-level abstraction of what life is really about.
A Framework for Societal Transformation
In the three books that make up the trilogy, we present conclusions that affect nearly every aspect of life. Of course, it is up to you whether you accept them, but taken together, they point toward a transformation of society.
Change in society happens slowly. We have not yet fully embraced the God of Energy in religion, although we have moved closer over time. In business, for example, companies like Tesla are built on energy, and many people believe in that vision by investing in it. The same is true for electric vehicles. Change is difficult when deeply held beliefs are challenged, especially when those beliefs are wrong.
Resistance from Institutions and Power Structures
Churches often resist this shift because they have a vested interest in preserving their structure and influence. Being told that their foundational beliefs may be incorrect can be deeply unsettling. The same resistance can be seen in political leaders such as Trump, Putin, and others who rely on fear and control rather than consciousness. Their modus operandi is simple: money and power. They either do not recognize, or do not acknowledge, the harm this causes to their citizens.
Choosing Love and Peace Over Argument
Rather than spending time arguing with such systems, I have focused on offering what actually supports love and peace. Many teachers focus on individual concepts, such as how to love or how to find peace of mind, and that work is valuable. Our approach is different. We present a complete framework and say: this is the right way to live, even when others do not.
V-MAP and the Natural Flow of Energy
We teach V-MAP, Vision, Mission, Action, and Product, also known as 11:11: Love, Light, Life, and Living. This represents the natural flow of energy embedded in nature. You may accept it or not, but every successful business, project, or meaningful activity follows this pattern. First comes intention and vision. Next is a blueprint or mission. Then action produces results. You can choose to use this process or ignore it, but if you apply it consciously, it will help you. This is a fundamental truth. Even souls follow this pattern before incarnation.
The God of Energy and the Seven Energy Categories
Instead of the traditional God most of us grew up with, One Love speaks of the God of Energy. Energy is already widely accepted and used in business; our premise is that it should also be applied to life itself. We break energy down into seven categories so it can be understood and practiced:
- the SOL Connection (located near the belly button),
- consciousness,
- spirit,
- soul,
- mental energy,
- emotional energy, and
- physical energy.
A Unified Framework Through the Star of Light
This is a significant shift. Many workshops and teachers address these areas separately, but the Star of Light (SOL) brings them together into a single, coherent framework. The details exist everywhere, but the unifying concept has been missing.

In Diamonds of Consciousness, we introduce eight core topics designed to guide you through life. As with everything we present, the application is up to you. Others spend days, or entire careers, teaching these ideas through workshops and retreats, often building large businesses around them. Our goal is different. We want people to understand the foundation and then decide for themselves how deeply to explore it.
