A Moment of Reflection
As I sat near the fire on this cold, dreary morning, I found myself reflecting. With so many people following my work, thousands, in fact, I realized that I may have become something like a modern-day preacher. I hadn’t thought of it that way before today. It’s not a bad feeling, just an unexpected one.
Guidance Without Religion
We all need guidance from time to time, and we often search everywhere for it. Some of that guidance can be found here, but it is rooted in spirituality, not traditional religion. It focuses on creating a positive state of mind and body. From that place, you can do what you want in life without fear or control.
One Love, SOL, and Practical Tools
Through One Love and the Star of Light (SOL), we share practical tools for living well. We introduce V-MAP, a framework that many successful people use. We offer books to read, supplements that may be helpful, and other resources that support daily life. Traditionally, a preacher represents a religion—but One Love can be thought of as a spiritual system that believes in energy. That raises an interesting question: can you have a religion based on energy? We believe you can, but the choice is always yours.
Spiritual Practices for Everyday Life
We teach meditation, presence, healing, and ritual. You may decide that this path is for you, or not, but these practices can be valuable in everyday life regardless. Our premise is simple: spirituality is the use of energy for health, happiness, and well-being. Why not feel good? Why not be happy? Why not support your health?
Shared Wisdom Across Traditions
Some people find similar ideas within branches of traditional religions, through yoga, body alignment, or energy-based teachings like the Tao. That’s great. However, those paths often require searching far and wide for answers. Here, those ideas are presented clearly and shared with like-minded people.
Love, Peace, and Universal Structure
We promote Love and Peace, not a bad concept, in my opinion. They tend to make people happier, calmer, and more productive. The value structure behind our spiritual beliefs comes from what we see as the foundation of the universe: numbers and sacred geometry. That places this philosophy in a category of its own. Numbers shape our understanding of time, space, measurement, and structure. They are universal, easy to teach, and rarely controversial.
Sacred Geometry and Meaning
Sacred geometry follows the same principle. Shapes such as the circle, triangle, and square are used everywhere. A circle suggests light radiating from a central point. A triangle represents strength and stability. A square reflects structure and shelter. These forms are simple and straightforward. There are few rules, no hidden agendas, and no vested interests. They simply are. If they help you, that’s what matters.
Simplicity as a Philosophy
This approach to life is intentionally simple. There are no volumes of religious texts to memorize and no political dynamics to navigate. It is direct and practical, just the way we believe life should be. One Love was developed using eight basic geometric structures: the circle, crescent, triangle, square, five-point star, hexagram, heart, and star tetrahedron. Together, they express much of what we need to understand about life.
Returning to What Matters
We can always expand from there with additional geometric forms if needed, but the foundation remains simple. There is beauty in that simplicity, something we often overlook in a busy world. Take a moment to enjoy it.
