On the journey of consciousness, you must set goals. Whether it’s wanting more energy, looking healthier, earning more money, or improving your memory, whatever it is, you need to take control of your actions. This is Rule Number Two of One Love. The first rule is to be happy. The second rule is to decide who and what you want to be. Without goals, life can feel meaningless. You need purpose.
The Universe Responds to Your Intentions
The universe is set up to give you what you want, but you often have to work for it. To succeed, you must let go of fear, self-doubt, shame, or feelings of unworthiness. Some people may need therapy or guidance because low self-worth can block their ability to achieve goals. Remember: you create your own reality.
Creating Your Reality Through Action
You create this reality by taking action. Habits, planning, and consistent effort are how you shape your life. Consciousness, as we define it, is God’s mind working through you. Once you identify a goal, create a blueprint for it. Ask yourself: How long will it take? What steps are required to achieve it? Do I need education, savings, or training? This blueprint is your mission, and your job is to execute it.
Building Your Blueprint Step by Step
For example, if you need $10,000 for a dream vacation, a new car, or an education, figure out how to get it. Be creative. Ask friends or mentors for advice. There is no shame in asking for help, many people are willing to guide you if you reach out.
Commit to Your Vision
This process is simpler than it sounds. For instance, if your goal is a relationship, start by defining what you have to offer – love, companionship, shared activities, and commit to it. Join groups, services, or clubs that align with your interests. If your dream is to build a boat, join a sailing club or boating organization. I wanted to become a pilot, so I flew three times a week and joined a flying group. Eventually, I achieved my goal. Stick with your vision.
Trust the Journey and Ask for Guidance
Life often provides opportunities to support your goals. Be present, commit yourself, and take consistent steps. Each of us has a guide or soul to help us, ask for guidance through meditation, prayer, or reflection. Take one step at a time. Small actions accumulate, and over time they lead to your mission being accomplished, just like the blogs on this site build toward a larger understanding.
The Ripple Effect of One Love
I never thought I could inspire love and peace on a large scale. Yet now, half a million people in one month are thinking about it, and over 7,000 are actively following what we are creating. If we can reach a million people believing in themselves, the ripple effect of love and peace will grow exponentially. I may not transform the entire world, but I can bring happiness to many, including myself.
