When I was growing up, I always wanted to know if God existed. Over time, I came to believe that the traditional religious God did not exist as described. Instead, I understood God as energy. Once this realization occurred, everything began to make sense, because energy is what we interact with and depend on in our daily lives.
Defining Spirituality and Consciousness
If we define spirituality as the use of energy for health, happiness, and well-being, then we suddenly have a clear purpose in life: to use our energy efficiently and consciously. Another question that always troubled me was why people had such difficulty defining consciousness. Consciousness, to me, is simply being aware of what is happening. Then I discovered David Hawkins and his Human Map of Consciousness, along with his many books, which offered a structured way to understand this mystery.
Evaluating Levels of Awareness
Through simple tools such as body kinesiology or the use of a pendulum—neither of which are difficult to learn—we can evaluate levels of consciousness. This allows us to decide whether we want to live consciously and in a life-supporting way. Many people, unfortunately, do not.
Spirit vs. Soul: A Vital Distinction
It also became necessary to separate spirit from spirituality. Everyone who is alive has a spirit—some form of energy. This is often confused with the word soul. While many people use the terms interchangeably, they are not the same. The soul is an energy entity of its own. Its type, amount, and purpose distinguish it from the spirit. The soul incarnates to experience lessons that unfold through life.
The Core Star of Light
What I did not realize at first was that we are all connected to God through our core Star of Light, located near the belly button. This connection makes us all similar—SOL brothers and sisters. Once I understood this, many unanswered questions began to come together. Or rather, my questions—and my purpose in life—were being answered. If we are all connected to God, then why not believe in this God? This God is real, truthful, and always on our side as long as we are alive.
The Foundation of One Love
When we look at a person, we can often understand how they think, how they feel, and how they behave. This is traditional psychology, and we learn it instinctively. When we combine this knowledge with our understanding of the Star of Light, consciousness, spirit, and soul, we finally have the whole picture. Add to this our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and we arrive at the complete foundation of the One Love philosophy.
Choosing Our Behavior
The key question then becomes: What type of behavior do we choose? The answer to that question forms the backbone of the Star of Light’s One Love system. It brings together the mysteries of life into a single framework. By becoming familiar with One Love, you answer the basic philosophical questions about God and existence. The book is given away freely.
Applying Truth in the Real World
The next question is how to apply this understanding in the world—including how to create income and purpose. For this, we use the Diamonds of Consciousness, Rituals for Work, and our soon-to-be-published book on V-MAP, which stands for Vision, Mission, Operations, and Product. These principles are used universally for success. One Love brings them together into a single belief system that can stand the test of time—because it is built on the human body and lived experience, not on made-up stories.
A Meaningful Accomplishment
This represents a major accomplishment in life. It gives meaning in a world that often feels focused only on money and pleasure. Knowing why we are here goes a long way toward helping us decide what we truly want to do with our lives.
