Why Water Deserves a Deeper Look
Since my first comment on water was a thank-you, I thought I’d write another one—this time on consciousness and water. One of my favorite authors, whom I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, is Gerald Pollack, author of The Fourth Phase of Water. I’ve been giving away his book for free for over a decade. Essentially, Pollack explains how water breaks down into positive and negative ions within our body’s capillaries, allowing blood to flow through us. He spoke at a water convention in Kauai in 2024—a memorable event for anyone passionate about the mysteries of water.
Exploring Water Science and Deuterium
Over the years, I’ve met dozens of fascinating people devoted to understanding water. One of them was Victor Sagalovsky, cofounder of Litewater Scientific, who produces deuterium-depleted water. I drank it for a year and managed to significantly lower my deuterium levels, though it was quite expensive—about twenty dollars per gallon. Everyone has deuterium in their body, and as we age, excess amounts can contribute to health issues. Victor’s water, reduced to just 10 parts per million compared to the normal 150, can help restore vitality. Interestingly, some natural sources, like the glacier water from Mt. Shasta in California, also have lower levels of deuterium.
Innovations in Water Access
Another remarkable individual I met was a man who launched Water Projects around the world. One of his innovations was a design that allowed people in Africa to transport water more easily—a rolling cylinder that could carry much more than traditional containers. When he came over for dinner, we made his favorite meal: lamb chops. His book on water is truly a must-read.
Water and Human Consciousness
My son, who is a publisher, has also explored water’s deeper mysteries. He showed that frozen water crystals often reflect the energy or image of the people nearby—revealing what some describe as the consciousness of water. He published a book by Veda Austin, whose photographs capture how water appears to respond to human intention and emotion. It’s truly amazing.
Masaru Emoto’s Groundbreaking Work
Then, of course, there’s Masaru Emoto, author of The Hidden Messages in Water, The True Power of Water, and Water Crystal Healing. His work beautifully demonstrates how positive words and thoughts create stunning, symmetrical six-pointed water crystals, while negative energy produces distorted, broken forms. Although some have tried to discredit him, I believe they simply lacked the awareness to understand his discoveries.
Water as Sacred Intelligence
In essence, water is intelligent—thank God for that! Yet, as a species, we often overlook it. Over 70% of the Earth’s surface is water, and about 60% of the human body is, too. Water aids digestion, supports life, and shapes both our planet and our experiences. It symbolizes purity, renewal, and transformation, forming the backbone of countless religious rituals. It is sacred and life-giving.
Protecting What Gives Us Life
We must care for it. It’s hard to appreciate something so vital when it’s polluted and neglected. Let’s rise up to protect our waters, because without them, we simply cannot live.
