The SOL University is the educational foundation to teach you the principles and practices of spirituality. Along the way, we introduce you to the Gods In the Bible, The God that put energy into the universe, the different planes of energy embedded in nature and how your body uses this energy. It all starts with its design which has you connected to God, through you core Star of Light located near you belly button. The SOL University has three basic methods of teaching you its philosophy. The first are basic courses that describe its principles and practices. Then there are the V-Map (vision, mission, action, product) Workshops that bring to life the courses. Finally there are the SOL Journeys which take you into experiential aspects of the SOL Religion through meditation, rituals, healings and practices that help you find the God with inside of you.

The Path to God, be it the God in the Bible or the God that put energy into the universe is the same. It is about becoming literate, gaining knowledge, putting this knowledge into practice and participating in a culture based on what you believe in. This sequence of having a belief, developing your awareness (metal abilities), putting it into practice (emotions: energy in motion) and being part of a group of like minded people or cells/organs, applies to the body, business, organizations, religion, political parties and social groups. Its universal! For the God in the Bible, these Gods had a purpose for us in creating us in their image (Genesis 1:27). They thought this out and put it into practice. We became their slaves, worked for them and behaved as they dictated such as the Ten Commandments. In the SOL Religion, One Love, since we deal with using energy/God’s spirit for health, happiness and well beings, its about becoming spiritually literate, gaining spiritual knowledge, using it in spiritual practice and then being part of a spiritual culture embracing your thoughts, feelings and behavior. We symbolize this with the SOL Star and its SOL Mandala in its center.

God’s Love: The Foundation for the SOL Religion
This is a book about what we think are the important things in life, it is the components of God’s Love, that we combine into the title: One Love. In our view, there is only one love and that is God’s Love, but to study and embrace it, you need to understand a few things about energy and how it affects your connection to God, through your core star of light (SOL), consciousness, spirit, soul and your body’s mental, emotional and physical dimensions. As you work you way through the contents of this book, you will find stories about each of the components of God’s Love and questions that will get you thinking about the important things in life. From what we have seen, the components of One Love form the basis for how you life will turn out. It also sets the foundation for your belief in God, the God that put energy into the universe as well as how you develop your personal potential. Love is the foundation for the SOL Religion. Its very definition is the essence of life. We want everyone to realize the importance of love and that love is the doorway to peace. Love is the great power found in the universe. In the SOL University, we equate love with the energy structure that God Our Creator put into the universe.

The Magic of Spirituality
The Path to Personal Development consists of learning how to use the different components of energy to get closer to God. This process takes on the Path to Empowerment and Enlightenment. The different components that we study are: our connection to God called our core star of light, that is located near our belly button, consciousness and its embedded human energy levels in nature, spirit and our ability to generate energy flow through our mental, emotional and physical development, the soul with its past lives and life between lives as well as our guides, elders, teachers and archangels. Then we will explore our beliefs, our heart’s abilities and the best way to behavior. This is meant as an introductory book to the SOL Religion as taught by the SOL University, but it covers topics that most of us are not familiar with. Our God is the God that put energy into the universe and the principles and practices of the use of this energy is available to all. It is God’s greatest gift to mankind.
