As we continue exploring consciousness, the most important concept to understand is Oneness. Oneness describes our relationship to God, the God of energy. We are all connected to this energy through our core star of light, located near the belly button. At our essence, we are the same, each processing God’s energy in our own way.
The Illusion of Separation
Yet most of us live in a world of duality, believing we are separate individuals moving through life on our own. This separation is not a mistake, it is intentional. Without experiencing separation, we could never truly understand or appreciate Oneness. Duality gives us contrast, and contrast allows awareness.
Consciousness as God’s Gift
This leads to a powerful idea: God gave us access to His mind, which we call consciousness, so that we could function, create, and survive in the physical world. Consciousness allows us to work, accumulate resources, build lives, and interact with material reality. At the same time, each of us carries a soul that exists in the non‑material world. Our soul is part of God’s organized energy structure, the very system that produces the material universe.
Frequencies, Patterns, and the Nature of Awareness
Souls enter the body so we can experience the material plane, but this plane itself exists within God’s mind. Consciousness, therefore, is not something we create, it already exists. It is made up of frequencies, patterns, and energy that we learn to access and use. We can measure frequency in music and color, yet few people realize that consciousness itself contains all frequencies. Awareness is the key.
Why Experience Is Everything
This can take time to understand. It is not about opposites, but about experience. You cannot truly understand childbirth unless you’ve lived it. You cannot fully understand illness, business, or loss unless you have walked those paths yourself. Without experience, ideas remain theoretical, interesting, but often meaningless.
Energy, Truth, and Lived Wisdom
Many people offer advice freely, but unless they have lived what they are advising, their words carry little energetic truth. I have many coaches as clients, some struggle financially, yet teach others how to make money. Experience matters. Energy matters. Advice without lived experience often misses the mark.
God Has Experienced Everything
God, however, has experienced everything. God placed the frequencies of all possibilities into the universe. When we learn a subject deeply, we become empowered. When we realize that consciousness itself already contains what we seek, we become enlightened. This is not the God of traditional religion, a human figure demanding belief, but the God of energy who embedded consciousness into existence itself.
Awakening as Conscious Participation
To awaken is to recognize the blessing of participating in what God has created. Consciousness is not just awareness, it is participation in divine energy. This broader understanding aligns perfectly with the Star of Light philosophy: to awaken, to experience, and to consciously engage with what is truly happening in and around us.
