Gratitude for the Qualities of Spirituality

Blessed are You, O Divine One,

For the qualities of spirituality
That allow me to achieve health, happiness, and well-being.
Thank You also for the many levels of consciousness
That help me understand how people act,
So that I may respond with compassion and kindness
When dealing with all types of people.

Rooted in the Core Star of Light

And knowing that everything originates
From my Core Star of Light,

Located near my belly button,
I am deeply appreciative
Of all that You have given me.
Amen
